Davitha Rosso by Davitha is a red wine based on caricagiola, accompanied in different percentages, which vary in the vintages, by Pascale. Il Tempo Ritrovato by Podere Veneri Vecchio is a white wine with personality vinified with a 12-day maceration on the skins, and aging in traditional chestnut and acacia helmets for almost a year. TThe Guercio of Tenuta di Carleone is a 100% Sangiovese red wine, 100% Sangiovese from the "Mello" vineyard in Gaiole in Chianti, 700 m above sea level. The grapes are harvested late to obtain maximum ripeness. Fermented in concrete tanks with 20% of whole bunches. The very long 4-month maceration gives this wine a wonderful fruity character, which differentiates it from more classic styles.

Sangiovese by Massa Vecchia is an exciting wine, one of the best expressions of Sangiovese from the Maremma. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 3 weeks in conical chestnut vats. Refine for 30 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. A deep and elegant wine, with a full-bodied and energetic but always balanced sip, a great testimony of the union between Massa vecchia and the territory.

Peter Lauer produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case he offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. Its Cremant is based on riesling and ages on the lees for 20 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.
