Alea Viva is a red wine made from pure red grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m above sea level. 18 months aging in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Alea Viva has a ruby hue with a nail that turns towards the garnet. Delicate on the nose with floral notes of pink and violet and fruity sensations of dark tones, which evoke berries and plum. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm with fruity returns and a broad gustatory development and a long finish on ferrous notes

Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.

Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

"La Ideale" by Tenuta Foresto is a wine that comes from pure red grapes that come from old vineyards cultivated in a biodynamic regime, which are found on soils of sandy and silty-marly origin. Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

"Ronco Malo" is a splendid Barbera whose grapes come from a small vineyard of just one hectare of 20 years of age which is located on a soil of marly-limestone origin.
