It is advisable to serve it at a 16/18° temperature in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give you great emotions.

Great with first tasty dishes, meat dishes, seasoned cheese, to try with a beef stew with potatoes.
Cellar: Tenuta di Carleone
The Tenuta di Carleone is located in the heart of Chianti. It takes its name from the small village of "Castiglioni" which is mentioned for the first time in the year 1078 when the monks of "Badia al Coltibuono" founded it. The estate was born in 2012 when, after having visited Tuscany with his family for years, the Austrian entrepreneur Karl Egger fell in love with a small corner just outside the medieval village of Radda in Chianti between the cities of Siena and Florence. Sean O'Callaghan, known as "the one-eyed", the winery's oenologist, also joined the company immediately. The entire property, which covers an area of about 100 hectares, includes wooded hills, small rivers and fertile plains. In between there are about 30 hectares of vineyards mainly of Sangiovese and some olive trees, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles. In the cellar, Sean does not use enzymes or selected yeasts but prefers long macerations and the use of unconventional wine vessels such as cement. The wines of the Carleone estate are labels of great character, which express the Chianti Sangiovese in its most hidden facets.
