Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the technique of the submerged hat in December. The aging is in cement tanks for eight months. Prior to the bottling it is not clear or flaked. The color is brilliant ruby ​​red. The nose expresses scents of red fruits, spicy notes and balsamic hints. In the mouth is elegant, balanced and full, with delicate tannins and a very long finish.

Service

It is advisable to serve the Langhe di Roccalini at a temperature of 16/18 ° in goblet glasses. Gorgeous evolution in bottle with an ideal consumption between 2016/2020 if stored well in a cool, humid and dark basement in a horizontal position.

Cascina Roccalini is located in Roccalini, in the municipality of Barbaresco.
