Raspone is a pure and simple wine, genuine in every way. eighty years from Aglianico grapes that are disparate and pressed after harvesting. The must is fermented spontaneously with 50% of the stems without temperature control and with a maceration on the skins for 20 days. Refines for 7 months in chestnut barrels. No clarification and filtration. Raspone is an intense ruby ​​red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are perceived, followed by notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, well present in the tannic texture and long in persistence.

Service

We taste the Erre at a 16/18 ° temperature in tulip goblets. Wine to drink immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give you great satisfaction.

Cellar: Canlibero

Canlibero is a splendid reality that is located in Torrecuso, in the Sannio beneventano, a territory very vocated for the production of wine. The designers of this project are Ennio Romano and Mena Iannella, two young producers who cease to give the grapes produced to the local cooperative and start to win on their own. Ennio and mena believe that wine is spiritual nourishment, but for it to give emotions and feelings of well-being it needs to be done with awareness. They cultivate two hectares of vineyards, divided into several parcels in the territory, but all grown up by a cultivation that follows biodynamic philosophy . Vineyards, located at altitudes between 420 and 470 meters on clayey and rocky terrain, are Aglianico, Fiano, Falanghina and Trebbiano, and some such as Aglianico's vineyard called Turrumpiso reaches the age of 50. The winery Canlibero wines are obtained through spontaneous vinification with indigenous yeasts, no use of sulfur, and no filtration or clarification before bottling.
