O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit.
