Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. It has a golden yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. The sip is warm, pulpy, with good freshness and flavor. Long and refreshing finish.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. the white grapes used come from vineyards where synthetic chemicals are not used, and where only low doses of sulfur and copper are allowed. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. Before being bottled it does not undergo clarification or filtration. The Quinto Quarto Bianco has a coppery yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. The sip is warm, pulpy, with good freshness and flavor. Long and refreshing finish.
Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 12/14 ° in tulip glasses. Daily wine that holds a few years in the cellar.

Winery: Franco Terpin
The company of Franco Terpin is located in San Floriano del Collio, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a few steps from the border of Slovenia, in that area famous for the production of Orange wine. Franco created the company, together with his wife, in 1994 and today owns about 10 hectares of vineyards located in a hilly area, partly in Italy and partly in Slovenia. All vineyards rest on clay-rich soils and are reared according to organic practices, the cultivated varieties are Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. In the cellar it does not use chemical substances, but only indigenous yeasts, barrel aging and no filtration. Its wines are all macerated for a time that varies from 3 to 8 days, refined for 3 years in wooden barrels and then steel before being sold. Only 20000 bottles produced, of these unique wines, the soul of the territory and decided as the one who produces them.
