Colombaio di Santa Chiara's Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG is a fresh, minerally, and vibrant white wine with elegant notes of apple, lime, and thyme. The grapes, hand-harvested starting in the last ten days of September, are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. Vinification involves whole-cluster maceration and soft pressing, followed by fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats. The wine ages on its fine lees until bottling, expressing all the freshness and authenticity of the San Gimignano terroir.

The Valpolicella Classico "Saseti" from Monte dall'Ora is a red wine that is made up of the typical Veronese grape variety and aged for 3 months between cement and stainless steel. The nose expresses red fruit, morello cherry and cherry, and notes of mint. The mouth is juicy, fresh and light. Very enjoyable wine.

The Semplicemente Vino Bellotti Rosa  is a simple, immediate and drinkable rosé wine that ages in large oak barrels. Intense coral pink color, the scents are vinous and fruity. The sip is pleasant, fresh, with a good persistence finish.
