Re Piko presents himself in a bright orange glass, bright and lively, that invites tasting. The nose is rich and multifaceted with hints of spices, dried fruit and yellow fruit. The taste is balanced and fresh, of good persistence, supported by a bewitching acidity and excellent minerality.

Gardelin is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes. The vineyard extends for just under one hectare, with very low yields that are around 35 quintals / ht. Spontaneous winemaking with 15 days maceration. Aging in traditional acacia, mulberry, wild cherry and oak barrels on fine lees for two to three years.

The Cornalin by La Sorce is a red wine obtained from the homonymous native vine whose grapes come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard located on soils of moraine-sandy origin. The grapes after destemming are fermented in steel tanks with a maceration of about 8-10 days. After racking the Cornalin ages in the same tanks and 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market. A wine that on the nose gives intense and delicate aromas of red fruit with light spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, fresh, with a finish of small red berries that make it pleasant and ready to drink.
