Martin Arndorfer's Riesling Handcraftede is obtained from the grapes of the same name and come from the Kemtal Valley, from the Gaisberg and Wechselberg vineyards, planted between '64 and '83 on soils rich in rocks that make the wines acquire minerality, finesse and elegance. It is vinified in steel and refines 20% in steel and 80% in large barrels. On the nose, hints of fruit and citrus, with a mineral appeal. Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas. Naked Red by Weingut Heinrich is a light, harmonious and juicy red wine, born from a marriage of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent. The grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to early October and when they reach the cellar they ferment with their own yeasts and macerate with the skins in fermentation vats of wood and stainless steel. Refine for more than a year in wooden barrels.
