The Ruchè by Gatto vinifies in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 4 days. A third of the grapes follow an aging of 6 months in cement tanks. It is a bright ruby-colored wine. The nose perceives a fine and persistent bouquet with notes of rose and red fruit. In the mouth it is round and full, of great elegance, slightly tannic with a long persistence and flavors of ripe cherries.

Dolcetto by Cavallotto is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from the Scott vineyard. It is traditionally vinified with natural yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for 6/8 months. Ruby red color, the nose has characteristic aromas of red fruit with a marked cherry and a slight background of floral bouquet. In the mouth the general structure and softness are good.

Valfaccenda's Roero Arneis is a fresh and vibrant wine that ages partly in steel and partly in barrique. It has a strong straw yellow color.
