The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.
Region: France, Cotes du Rhone AOC
Grapes: 60% Grenache, 15%, Cinsault, 15%, Carignan, 10%, Chasselas.
Alcohol content: 12,5%.
Aging: 6 months in steel

Adele is a vibrant white wine made from Clairette grapes that ages in concrete tanks. On the nose a whirlwind of aromas ranging from fruit such as apple and peach, to floral, to notes of chamomile, beeswax and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is round, with a nice touch of acidity and flavor.

Aging: A few months on the fine lees in concrete tanks.
