The Querciole is a sparkling white wine obtained by the method of fermentation in the bottle that comes from pure Spergola grapes. It has a yellow color tending to gold pure gold. The Nottediluna of Ca de Noci is a very particular obtained from the vinification of white Moscato, Spergola and Malvasia di Candia aromatica with a long maceration on the skins. Ages 12 months in 500 l oak and acacia barrels. In the glass it has a deep golden yellow. The nose plays on notes of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and peach, then the grapefruit peel followed by spicy aromas. In the mouth it is medium structured, intense and broad, soft and with good acidity. A great wine of excellent drink, suitable for aging and improving over time.

“Le Rose di Ca de Noci is a sparkling wine based on aromatic Malvasia obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It is light golden yellow in color. The nose shows an impetuous and broad aromatic profile between jasmine, orange blossom and white peach, in the mouth it is fresh with an acidic and saline finish.

The "Sottobosco" is a sparkling red wine obtained from a blend of the rare lambrusco di montericco together with malbo gentile, lambrusco grasparossa and sgavetta. It has a ruby red color with a nice persistent foam. The nose is rich in hints of red fruits. On the palate it is sapid, fresh, with lively tannins.
