Pierre frick's Riesling "Rot-Murle" is an intense white wine made with grapes grown in a biodynamic vineyard located on calcareous soil rich in iron. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees for 10 months in 100-year-old oak barrels. The bottling of the vintage with minimal addition of sulphites took place in August 2017.

"Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo. JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

"Ansonaco" is an intense and rich macerated white wine obtained from the native Ansonaco vine. Refines in steel tanks. Before being bottled it is not clarified, neither filtered nor stabilized. The "Ansonaco" is a dry white wine with an orange color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub, smoky and mineral scents. On the palate it is robust, powerful and dry.

Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% zibibbo white wine that proves sapid, with fruity and Mediterranean scrub notes. The name derives from the different type of soil from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single sapling-trained vineyard, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) which were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in steel vats stainless. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.

Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass.
