Santa Lusa - Ancarani
Santa Lusa is a dry interpretation of the Albana di Romagna grape variety. The grapes come from the hilly vineyards of Oriolo dei Fichi, rooted in a Franco-clay subsoil. The harvest takes place in several passages, in the third and fourth decade of September, in order to have perfectly ripe berries. In the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously with maceration on the skins for 4 days. Aging for 4 months on the fine lees, decanting for 7 months in cement vats to clarify the wine.
