Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with long maceration on the skins. Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Each has a ruby red color with purple reflections that tend to garnet with aging. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.
Service
We recommend to taste it to a 10/12° temperature in large balloon glasses. The Ognonostro Bianco has to be drunk immediately, but will express the best of themselves in a few years. It is advisable to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool cellar, damp and dark.
Pairing
White wine goes well with vegetarian appetizers, in particular based on eggs, fish and soups.
