Cellar: Cantina Giardino
Founded in 1997, with real wine vinification garage owners that made in their garage in 2003 by Antonio and his wife Daniela Gruttola manage to buy a private cellar in Ariano Irpino nell'avellinese. Today Cantina Giardino has about seven hectares of vineyards all conducted in organic viticulture and vineyards that reach up to 100 years. All are located in various municipalities of the province of Avellino, and each has different microclimates and terroir. Maximum care is taken in the vineyard where chemical treatments are abolished, and the same care is taken in the cellar, where the fermentations are spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins are more or less long and refinements are made in chestnut barrels or oak and amphorae.
