Dolcetto by Cavallotto is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from the Scott vineyard. It is traditionally vinified with natural yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for 6/8 months. Ruby red color, the nose has characteristic aromas of red fruit with a marked cherry and a slight background of floral bouquet. In the mouth the general structure and softness are good.

Obtained from Dolcetto grapes from the Vigna Scott, it is traditionally wines fi ed with natural yeasts and aged in cement vats for 6/8 months.
