Barolo Bricco Boschis - Cavallotto

The Bricco Boschis comes from three vineyards: Vigna Colle South West, Vigna Punta Marcello and Vigna San Giuseppe. The vinification is traditional Barolo using only natural yeasts and maceration with submerged cap that lasts from 18 to 30 days depending on the vintage. The refinement is in traditional Slavonian oak casks for three years followed by a further aging in the bottle for six months to a year before being put on the market. The Cru Barolo Riserva Bricco Boschis has ruby ​​red color with garnet, the nose has open and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, red flowers, spices. The taste is of great power and elegance with soft tannins already. Complex and fragrant drink young but with great aging potential.

Service

Serve Barolo Bricco Boschis to a 18/20 ° temperature in large balloons and open the bottle a few hours before. Stunning evolution in the bottle with an ideal consumption between 2016/2022. It is advisable to keep it in a cool cellar, damp and dark horizontal.
