Les Lendemains qui Chantent is a 100% red wine produced from Grenache of vines of at least 35 years old, located 450 meters above sea level, in the forests of the wild Regional Natural Park of Upper Languedoc, located in the hinterland of the city of Beziers. Les Lendemains qui Chantent is ruby ​​red in color. The nose is marked by scents of red fruit, wild flowers, light oriental spices. The palate is fine and elegant, remarkable freshness that envelops everything, very soft tannins and delicious aromas of herbs and flowers. There is a mineral distinction associated with this wine derived from the decaying granite and quartz soils. This is a surprising wine of great elegance and charm.

Le Temps des Cerises is located in La Tour sur Orb, a small town nestled in the forests of the wild Upper Languedoc Regional Nature Park. The company was founded in 2003 by Axel Prüfer, who in 1998, after a camper holiday decided to abandon the former East Germany, where he had grown up, and move to Languedoc to produce wines. Here he meets important figures in the world of natural wines, such as Yan Rohel, Jean-Francois Nicq and Eric Pfifferling. From them he learns how to make wine and above all he becomes an extremist of non-intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar. It cultivates eight and a half hectares of vineyards, divided into Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, which are found on granite and quartz soils, surrounded by woods, which serve to create a natural barrier for all that its "neighbors" use of synthetic chemistry in their vineyards. All its wines are made with carbonic maceration, without pressing, without selected yeasts, without repassing, or filtration, or clarification, nor adding sulfur. Qulle that comes out are delicious wines that are absolutely enjoyable.
