Pinot Nero - Fulvio Bressan

Obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, which was brought to Friuli in the second half of 1800. Cultivated with excellent results in rather delimited areas, where the terrains are similar to those characterizing the Burgundy region. Spontaneous fermentation and long stalks in oak barrels where it slowly refines. Bressan's Pinot is ruby ​​red with hints of raspberry, blackberry, undergrowth, goudron, burnt wood and truffle. On the palate it is elegant and aristocratic, dry and a little aromatic. It is the only fruit of selected Pinot Nero grapes, noble raw material such as the craft and manic care reserved by Fulvio to make its nectar a prestigious product.

Service
