A wine made from 100% Pineau d'Aunis grapes Harvest in whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration. Refines for seven months in oak barrels on the lees. Very aromatic nose of blood orange and incense, red fruits and spices. Agile and elegant mouth, with smooth tannins.

Service

We taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in a balloon glass. A wine to be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years.

Excellent with meat dishes, we recommend it with a roasted rabbit with potatoes and peppers.
