Bett is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes and produced in just over 200 bottles. The grapes come from a vineyard that was planted between 1970 and 2000. Bett is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the nineteenth century, and means “sprout, throw”. It matures for about 6 months in terracotta amphorae, before being transferred to the bottle for refermentation. The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin.
