Service
We taste Accamilla at a temperature of 8/10° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairing
It goes perfectly with first courses of vegetables, second courses of fish, semi-seasoned cheeses, to try with a plate of swordfish with sauce.
Winery: Arteteke
Arteteke is a story of redemption and resistance. It all begins in Basilicata, in full Vulture, when in 2013 Giulio Francesco Bagnale (president of AIAS Melfi-Matera, an association of families of people with disabilities) and Alessandro Bocchetti, gourmet and popularizer, decide to create a farm dedicated to inclusion work of young people with motor and cognitive problems. Since 2020, the production management has been entrusted to Luca Faccenda, a young talent of Piedmontese oenology who has become passionate about the project by embracing the cause. Arteteke in dialect indicates the restlessness of children who cannot sit still. The stylized one on the label is Bramea, a very rare butterfly that lives only on the Vulture, around the Monticchio Lakes, a real living fossil that is the greatest pride of the national entomology. A warning to take flight rather than crawl on the ground. From a wild and volcanic terroir, wines that will touch you deeply.
