Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with a good effervescence. On the nose intense and fine aromas of floral and fruity scents are released. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a good finish.

The "Cuveè Nature" by Nicola Gatta is a satisfying and carefree sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with grapes from vineyards located 400 meters above sea level in Gussago. Mali is a wine made from Merlot grapes obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards located in the beautiful hills of Slovenian Brda and raised by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Bergianti's "No Autoclave" is a wine that screams at the top of its lungs the tradition of refermented in Emilia, which is not an autoclave. For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.17, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The B.11 cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2017 harvest from the Chervey cru. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks.
