Solouva is a young reality of Franciacorta that is part of the TerraUomoCielo project. The project was born in 2002 by the meeting between Giovanni Arcari, a trade agent and Nico Danesi, a winemaker from the Camossi company, with the producer Andrea Arici of Colline della Stella, with the aim of giving life to wines that reflect philosophy of people involved, wines with a precise identity and character. Solouva is led by the young and promising Andrea Rudelli, who cultivates one hectare and a half of property, planted only with chardonnay. Andrea for the production of his Franciacorta makes no use of external sugars, but only those of grapes, at every stage of processing. From here the name of the company is born: Solouva. Andrea's philosophy is to collect the bunches in full ripeness, thus exploiting the grape sugars both for the first fermentation and for the grafting (using sugars that are still blocking the first fermentation before it is over). The final dosage is also made using only must. Soluve exists in two versions: Brut and Zero Dosage. Franciacorta that express the identity and expression of the territory
