Cellar: Casebianche
The Casebianche farm is located in the town of Torchiara, in the province of Salerno, between the mountain of the Stella, the torrent Acquasanta and the Cilento sea. It was born in 2000 when Elisabetta and Pasquale, abandoned the work of architects, decided to take care of the family farm. In 2006 the meeting with the winemaker Fortunato Sebastiano takes them to the first bottling the following year. At present, the farm develops on 14 hectares of olive trees, citrus fruits and figs, and about 5.5 hectares are grown in vineyards, including anchovy and wine from which wines are born: Cupersito, Cumalè, Iscadoro e Dellemore. Vineyards are bred with the biological cultivation method, trying to intervene as little as possible and using natural fertilizers, mosses, manure to enrich soil life. Same care also in the cellar with manual seams, replenishes and falls for fall. Today, the company has launched an agronomic program that looks at biodynamic interest.
