Verdicchio bunches manually picked up in October. Spattering and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks for about a month. Aging for about 18 months on its own concrete lees and 6 months in bottle. The Campo delle oche is straw yellow. The nose is evolved and mature with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that strike the hydrocarbon. In the mouth it is structured, warm, enveloping and long persistent. A great wine capable of challenging the time.

Cantina Fattoria San lorenzo

Fattoria San Lorenzo is located in Montecarotto, in the province of Ancona. Historical site of the area where the passion for viticulture is handed down from father to son.
