Chora Rosso - L' Acino
Chora Red is a Calabrian red wine obtained from Maglio Grapes, Black Guarnaccia and Black Greek, coming from Guinea Worms grown at 300 m.s.m. With south-east exposure. Collected grapes are dirasped and pressed gently. Spontaneous fermentation with only native yeasts in steel tanks. Refined exclusively in steel and bottle for 10 months to preserve freshness. Red Chora has a ruby red color. On the nose notes of red fruit with lures of flowers, On the palate it is medium texture, fresh with a clear tannic texture and long final.

Cellar: L' Acino
The L’Acino winery is located in on the Piana di Sibari, between the Ionian and the Tyrrhenian, between the Pollino and the Sila, areas where there is a small vineyard for self-consumption next to each house. L'Acino was born in 2006 from an idea by Dino Briglio who decides to produce wine in a hard, harsh and difficult land, but also as generous as Calabria can be. They immediately decided to focus on biodynamic viticulture that respected nature, the earth and restored dignity to a territory. 8 hectares are cultivated mainly with ancient Calabrian autochthonous vines; Mantonico, Guarnaccia Bianca and Greco the other grape variety grown is Magliocco. Territorial wines, where the roots sink into the earth and absorb the history and uniqueness of this land enriching the wines with contrast.
