Emilie Mutombo, a young Belgian girl of Congolese origin, is to all intents and purposes part of the new generation of Catalan viticulture. The meeting with Massimo di Partida Creus marked her deeply, deciding to move to Catalonia, tracing a real starting point in her life as a vigneron.
