Winery: Emilie Matombo
Emilie Mutombo, a young Belgian girl of Congolese origin, is to all intents and purposes part of the new generation of Catalan viticulture. The meeting with Massimo di Partida Creus marked her deeply, deciding to move to Catalonia, tracing a real starting point in her life as a vigneron. Harvest after harvest, Emilie's goal is clear: to make her own cuvées, following the guideline based on extreme drinkability, just like the wines of Massimo and Antonella. This year his first independent creations: a white from Xarel.lo grapes and a red from a blend of local grapes.
