Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. To the 2018 vintage, which constitutes approximately 70%, 30% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages are added. "Les Vignes de Trelou" has a fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic and mineral on the nose with notes of cooked white pulp fruit. The flavor is fresh and lively, pleasant and long-lasting. A very limited number of these bottles are produced, around 750 per year.

Tristan Hyest's Champagne Bord De Marne is a cuvee made up of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, from vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne and Trélou sur Marne. A rich Champagne, with a varied olfactory range, characterized by a fruity nose and a nice freshness and minerality.

"Les Vignes de Montgueux" by Jacques Lassaigne is a lively Champagne, with aromas of dried fruit and citrus, supported by a straightforward acidity and good minerality. Produced with Chardonnay grapes, the base wine is aged in wooden barrels for 12 to 24 months, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle with a long stop on the lees before disgorgement.

The Perle Noire Extra Brut Nature by Christophe Dechannes is a Champagne with an unexpected freshness and finesse. The Champagne Brut Reserve of Bérêche et Fils is a wine of great character, vibrant, of great complexity. It is a cuvée made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from old vineyards located both in the Vallèe de la Marne and in the Montagne de Reims. The vinification takes place partly in wood and partly in steel and, after a few months of aging on the lees, the assembly of the bases is created to which 35% of reserve wine from previous thousandths is added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with rest on the lees for at least 24 months before disgorgement.

Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Arcari and Danesi is produced using only chardonnay grapes from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Capriolo and Coccaglio. "Erpacrife" is a sparkling wine that immediately expresses its character thanks to an intense input and a solid structure and is produced from red grapes. The "BD'3C Brut Nature champagne by Bourgeois-Diaz is obtained from a cuveè composed of the 3 classic champagne vines; Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, hence the name of the Cuveè 3C champagne. The base wine is aged for about 40% in wood. Second fermentation of at least 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is citrusy of Amalfi lemon with notes of bread crust. On the palate its its characteristic is its fineness and elegance.
