The 3B Rosè Brut nature by Filipa Pato is a classic method sparkling wine produced with a blend of Baga and Bical, native Portuguese vines. Draft and refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 10-12 months. After disgorgement it is topped up with base wine. On the nose you can perceive aromas of bread crust, dried fruit and mineral notes. On the palate it is elegant, aromatic and refreshing with inviting acidity. It is a traditional method of pure beauty without makeup.

3B Rosè brut Nature - Filipa Pato

Produced with a Baga and Bical blend, native Portuguese grape varieties. The grapes come from a single vineyard located on a clay-calcareous soil, with a strong Atlantic influence. The base wine fermentation takes place in steel, and starts in wooden barrels at different toasts. Drainage and bottling for at least 10-12 months. After the broth is filled with base wine. 3B Blanc de Blancs is a traditional method of pure beauty without makeup, an elegant, aromatic and refreshing wine with inviting acidity.

Bairrada is a wine region located just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, near the famous Coimbra university town.
