3B Blanc de Blancs - Filipa Pato

Filipa Pato's 3B Blanc de Blancs is a classic method sparkling wine made from a blend of Bical, Cercial, and Maria Gomes, native Portuguese grape varieties. It is bottle-titrated and aged for 10–12 months; after disgorgement, it is topped up with base wine. The nose reveals notes of bread crust, dried fruit, and minerality. On the palate, it is elegant, aromatic, and refreshing, with inviting acidity. A pure and authentic classic method, without artifice.

Bairrada is a wine region located just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, near the famous Coimbra university town. Filipa Pato was born and raised in Bairrada, in fact he is one of the key figures of Portuguese wine-growing, Luis Pato, who first was able to communicate the excellence of the productions in the area all over the world, investing in quality .
