We recommend tasting the 3B Blanc de Blancs at a temperature of 8/10° in flute ballon.

3B Blanc de Blancs blends perfectly with the fish-based seconds, to be sampled with a salmon mousse.

Cellar: Filipa Pato

Bairrada is a wine region located just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, near the famous Coimbra university town. Filipa Pato was born and raised in Bairrada, in fact he is one of the key figures of Portuguese wine-growing, Luis Pato, who first was able to communicate the excellence of the productions in the area all over the world, investing in quality . Filipa opened its own company in 2001 and has sought more and more to acquire vineyards in vineyards, both for white (Bical and Maria Gomes), but especially for the native red: the Baga variety. In 2010 Filipa's husband, William, a well-known ammunition sommelier, joins the project.
