Un biglietto da visita per l'estate
Uno dei frappati più tipici (qualcuno direbbe "identitari") dell'areale di Vittoria. Da fermentazione spontanea, naso di grande espansione floreale-fruttato, come ci si aspetta da un vitigno come il frappato, con sbuffi minerali. Teso e vibrante al palato, con il suo 12,5% d'alcol è un perfetto vino estivo, da servire anche intorno ai 12-13° per piatti di pesce di stile mediterraneo.
