Trentennale - Il Paradiso di Manfredi
The Trentennale by Paradiso di Manfredi is a red wine of great complexity, a concentrate of finesse, structure and depth. An enveloping downgraded Brunello, full and soft in the mouth, a grandiose wine with tannins that gently caress the palate. A real must! The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 25 days in vitrified concrete vats of 25 to 50 hl. Aging on fine lees in 10 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months.
Service
It Serves Brunello at a temperature of 18/20 ° in large balloon glasses and open the bottle a few hours before. Stunning evolution in the bottle with an ideal consumption between 2016/2022 and it is advisable to keep it in a cool cellar, damp and dark horizontal.
Pairing

The company is named Manfredi Martini and from the farm "Il Paradiso", peasant house built in early 800. Around 1950, Manfredi and his wife Fortunata, she experienced farmer, buy the farm "Heaven". Manfredi in 1967 along with farmers and producers founded the Consortium of Brunello di Montalcino.
