Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip-shaped glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years. In the meantime, it is recommended to keep it horizontally in a cool, damp and dark cellar.
Pairing
It goes perfectly with first courses, main courses of meat, to try with a roast in the oven.
Cellar: Domaine la Petite Soeur
Adrien De Mello, passionate winemaker, in 2015 founded the Domaine La Petite Soeur which is located in Saint-Aubin de Luigné, in the Maine-Loire (Anjou) department. The vineyards extend over 3.5 hectares cultivated organically and with biodynamic practices since 2019. After various experiences in Quebec, South Africa and the United States, where he worked for large companies gaining a lot of experience, he returned to France where he obtained the diploma from the prestigious school of Beaune. Hired as an oenologist in Châteauneuf du Pape for a biodynamic estate, he was able to put his knowledge in the field of natural viticulture into practice. The vineyards of the Domaine (all between 35 and 40 years of age) are divided into very small plots: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Gamay that Adrien vinifies with great precision without adding any product allowed for oenological use, sulfur dioxide including. Wines faithful to the vintage and terroir are born with great mineral tension, elegance and personality.on)
