Petracavallo's Big Foot is a red wine for everyone, young and old, ideal for accompanying everyday moments with style and elegance. Obtained from red grapes that come from vineyards located on clayey limestone soils at an altitude of 280 meters. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Refine 12 months in steel and 6 months in bottle. Harmonic supported by a good structure and an alcohol content that also stands out for its freshness and invites to drink.

Service

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. Daily wine, but if left in the cellars a few years can give great emotions.

Petracavallo is the adventure of Vito D'Onghia, who with his father Peppino began the conversion of all production to natural wine several years ago, to arrive today to produce local, lively and exciting wines. Petracavallo wines have been obtained from grapes grown in vineyards with traditional methods, not treated with pesticides, undergoing spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts of other grapes, a low quantity of sulfur dioxide and without enzymes or additives. More than anything else, it is a working philosophy of the winemaker who, based on the territory, climate and seasons, follows his wine thanks to experience and artisan expertise, without additives or invasive processes.
