Petracavallo

Petracavallo is the adventure of Vito D'Onghia, who with his father Peppino began the conversion of all production to natural wine several years ago, to arrive today to produce local, lively and exciting wines. Petracavallo wines have been obtained from grapes grown in vineyards with traditional methods, not treated with pesticides, undergoing spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts of other grapes, a low quantity of sulfur dioxide and without enzymes or additives. More than anything else, it is a working philosophy of the winemaker who, based on the territory, climate and seasons, follows his wine thanks to experience and artisan expertise, without additives or invasive processes.
