Service
We taste it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glass. Wine is to be drunk immediately but can give fantastic emotions if stored for a few years.
Pairing
Wine goes perfectly with first courses with meat sauce, grilled and stewed meat, to try with ravioli with tongue and cabbage.
Cellar: Koppitsch
Alexander and Maria Koppitsch started making wine in Burgenland in 2011. after they took over the winery of Alexander's parents, who are dedicated to producing grapes for sale. 5.5 hectares of vineyards located in Neusiedl am See, a small village located on the shores of Lake Neusidl and at the eastern end of the Leitha mountains, characterized by gentle hills of limestone soil. Like his father and grandfather before him, Alex does not believe in introducing additives into grapes or wine, he uses Rudolf Steiner's biodynamic principles to grow his grapes and and is proud to perform every aspect of vineyard management and of hand vinification, on a very small scale. They make 4 distinct wine lines; Fun wines: Homok, Juh, Rosza, Rét, gluglu wines recognizable by the small design on the screw cap, Perspective wines, characterized by labels depicting swallows and birds, a symbol of luck in Austrian culture, Il Touch, an extraordinary orange wine and finally, the Pretty line, dedicated to pét-nat.
