Juicy and tasty mouth, harmonious but with good backbone and shoulder.

Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. Spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels of various passages (almost exhausted) mixing the noble lees. Maturation in large barrels for at least 8-10 months. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur. Dark ruby wine with violet reflections, it has aromas of dark fruit then balsamic and spicy. Tight yet slender mouth, complex and with intriguing reverberations of black pepper.

The nose has fruity and floral aromas followed by aronatic notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and fruity with good minerality and slightly tannic.
