Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

Cinqueterre by Possa is a macerated white wine obtained from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola. Refine for eight months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose has fruity, citrus, saline and Mediterranean notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a savory finish.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Follia is the result of an idea by Matteo Ceracchi who wanted to create a wine made from white grapes, some of which are harvested late, in the first week of October, when they are overripe and moldy. The grapes are grown on volcanic soil mainly siliceous clay. Winemaking is spontaneous and refined in cement tanks. Follia is a large-bodied white with a golden yellow color. The nose perceives aromas of exotic fruit, honey, and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is round, enveloping, balanced with a nice tension and flavor. A very pleasant wine.

Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
