Pierre Frick's Pinot Gris Macération Grand Cru Vorbourg is a rich and complex macerated white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes that come from the famous Vorbourg cru. On the nose complex aromas of melon, apricot, nougat, hazelnut, with toasted notes. On the sip it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, with a light soft touch and with a long finish of limestone.

Pinot Gris Macération Grand Cru Vorbourg is a refined and elegant macerated white wine obtained from 100% Pinot Gris grapes. The grapes come from the famous Grand Cru Vorbourg, located near the castle of Rouffach, where the soil is calcareous-marly covered by a superficial layer of loess. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and maturation on the fine lees in old oak barrels for 11 months. On the nose complex aromas of melon, apricot, nougat, hazelnut, with toasted notes. On the sip it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, with a light soft touch and with a long finish of limestone.
Service
It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 10/12°. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Excellent with savory desserts with tapenade, smoked fish, crustaceans, white meats.

Domaine Pierre Frick is located in Pfaffenheim, a small village in southern Alsace, just a few kilometers from Colmar. The Frick family cultivates vineyards in these areas for generations, and today with the last one, Pierre has come to Pierre, and his wife, Chantal, and his son, Thomas, assist in conducting the work.
