Cinqueterre Bianco 2023 - Azienda Agricola Possa
Cinqueterre by Possa is a macerated white wine obtained from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola. Refine for eight months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose has fruity, citrus, saline and Mediterranean notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a savory finish.

Cinqueterre Bianco - Possa
Obtained from a blend of Albarola and Bosco. The grapes come from a vineyard grown in organic soil on sandstone. After manual harvesting of grapes, fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration of 24 days. Aging for three months in steel containers and for the next 6 weeks in ash and acacia barriques. Natural decanting before bottling. Only 13330 bottles produced. The Cinqueterre by Possa is straw-yellow in color with golden reflections. The nose has fruity, citrus, salt and Mediterranean scrub notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a savory finish.
Service
