Cinqueterre Bianco - Possa

Obtained from a blend of Albarola and Bosco. The grapes come from a vineyard grown in organic soil on sandstone. After manual harvesting of grapes, fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration of 24 days. Aging for three months in steel containers and for the next 6 weeks in ash and acacia barriques. Natural decanting before bottling. Only 13330 bottles produced. The Cinqueterre by Possa is straw-yellow in color with golden reflections. The nose has fruity, citrus, salt and Mediterranean scrub notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a savory finish.

Service

It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 8/10 ° in tulip goblets. Daily wine but if left in the cellar a few years can give you great emotions.
