Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% zibibbo white wine that proves sapid, with fruity and Mediterranean scrub notes. The name derives from the different type of soil from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single sapling-trained vineyard, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) which were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in steel vats stainless. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.
