Giovanni Iannucci's Riecu is a mineral and savory white wine, produced 100% from Trebbiano Toscano. Riecu is the dialectal name of Trebbiano Toscano. The grape harvest takes place in the second week of September and the vinification is natural, with spontaneous fermentation and short maceration on the skins. Refines 6 months on the fine lees in concrete. No filtration or clarification. A sincere and direct wine, perfect for summer evenings with friends as an accompaniment to fish dishes.

Service
