Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. The nose releases hints of fresh fruit, dried fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is energetic, with a good acid texture, balanced and excellent persistence. An original wine, a must try.

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color.
