Service
We recommend to taste it at a temperature of 10/12 ° in tulip glasses. Great wine that you can appreciate right away or leave it in the cellar for a few years.
Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, it is particularly versatile in finding a perfect accompaniment to food. Perfect with seafood salads, crustaceans, soft cheeses, it is enhanced with risottos and light fish-based second courses.
