A Chardonnay which is a very personal interpretation of Grawu. The grapes come from their small vineyard and from small donors located between Bolzano and Trento. Pressing of grapes and pomace with hands and feet. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in large wooden barrels. Partially macerated for up to 3 days. Aging on yeasts in large acacia barrels for 12 months. Bottled without filtration.Vigneti delle dolomiti Chardonnay has golden color. Structured, juicy, fresh with soft elegance.
