Regina Di Felicità by Cascina Baricchi is a sweet Moscato-based wine that reveals itself with an explosive nose with notes of candied citrus fruits, sage, white peach. Pleasantly structured and fresh mouth. Produced with the Charmat method through the assembly of 70% icewine added 30% Moscato must. The lowering of the alcohol content favors refermentation which is interrupted when the wine reaches 6/7 alcohol levels. Eclectic, it pairs well with many fruit and pastry-based desserts. It exalts on foie gras.
Service
It serves the Classic Method Et Voilà Pinot Noir at a 6/8° temperature in a ballon flute. We suggest to taste it right away but, if left in the cellar a few years can give great emotions. It is advisable to keep it in a cool cellar, damp and dark horizontal.
Pairing
